Terms¶
Last changed: 21 October 2026.
These terms are for the Agents apps (the Mac app, Agents Host, the Remote on iPhone and iPad, and the web page), this docs site, the hosted service, and the videos of Agents on YouTube. If you use them, you agree to these terms.
The software¶
- Agents is free to use. It is an early version (v0.x), so it can change or stop working with no notice, and a new version can need you to set things up again.
- Agents is given "as is", with no warranty of any kind. Alex Collins is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using it, as far as the law lets.
- You are responsible for what your agents do. Agents starts coding agents on your machines with the permissions you give them. They can change files, run commands and send data to the services you connect. Read what they ask before you approve it.
Other services¶
The runtimes, integrations and machine providers that you use with Agents are other companies' services. Their own terms apply, and you need your own account with each one. Agents does not change those terms and is not responsible for those services.
The hosted service¶
- You sign up with a GitHub account. One GitHub account gets one account on the service.
- Do not use the service to break the law, to attack other systems, or to harm other people. The service can close an account that does.
- The service can change, stop or delete accounts, mainly while it is in an early version. Keep copies of anything you need.
- You can delete your account at any time with Delete Account on the account page.
Videos¶
The videos of Agents on YouTube show the app with test accounts. They are private, and they are for the people who make Agents.
Privacy¶
Privacy says what Agents keeps and what it sends where.
Changes¶
These terms can change. A change shows its date at the top of this page.
